Description
The Linear AK-11 is a stand-alone exterior digital keypad for gate, door and garage access control. It runs on 12 to 24 VAC or VDC and stores up to 480 entry codes of 1 to 6 digits. A main Form C relay (5 A) and an auxiliary Form C relay (1 A) control the gate operator, strike or lock directly, with no separate controller needed.
The keypad has a cast aluminum housing with a neoprene gasket and a key lock that holds it to the mounting backplate. Two solid-state outputs can be set for forced entry, door ajar, keypad lockout, keypad active or alarm shunt. A request-to-exit input and a sense input are built in. A courtesy light turns on when a key is pressed. Rated for indoor or outdoor use from -22°F to 149°F.
Before You Order
- Power: 12 to 24 VAC or VDC, 150 mA maximum. An AC supply must be isolated from the device it controls.
- Mounts on a wall or a pedestal. A gooseneck such as the Linear GNB-1 is sold separately.
- Relay ratings are 5 A (main) and 1 A (auxiliary) at 28 V maximum.
