Add all items to your card, then instead of selecting check out, select "Request Quote". You will then receive a PDF quote of the items in your cart. (Most quotes are processed and sent within mintues)

Yes we do. Check out like normal, or we can process the card over the phone at 262-989-9894 ext 2.

In stock orders typically ship same day. Most out of stock orders ship in 5-7 business days. If the lead time is longer we will contact you.

Yes we do. If you would like to be setup as a net30 customer and do orders via Purchase Orders email us at and we will get you setup.

If you are a Tax Exempt entity please call, email or message us on the online chat with your Tax Exempt request and we will get you setup as Exempt.


We ship all the UPS services along with LtL for larger shipments.

Some products mainly chemicals and sealants cannot be shipped air. Other items are either too large or too heavy to ship anything but ground.

Yes we currently ship to Canada and outlying territories of the US.

1pm Central is typically when no new orders will ship. If you have an expedited order please contact us and we will do our best to get it out as soon as possible.


All non custom, unopened (all original packaging) orders can be requested to be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Electronics and Control Boards have a different policy.

Our policy on control boards is outside of the product being defective we cannot take control boards back as returns.

We do ask that before purchasing any control board you verify that the control board needs to be replaced. We cannot send control boards to trouble shoot an issue and take them back if they do not fix the problem.

We can take returns of electronic products if they are new and unopened and unused. Like our control board policy if the product has been powered on we cannot take a return except if the product is defective and we go through the normal warranty channels.

If a product is opened and not used please contact us as on many items we can take it back but there may be a restocking fee.

We will work with you and the manufacturer to honor the warranty of any item we sell. Please contact us via email with your order#, the issue, and if you went through tech support through the manufacturer any ticket/claim#s they provided.
