Description
The Diablo Controls DSP-22-2 is a two channel plug-in loop detector for DoorKing gate operators. It plugs into the loop detector ports on the DoorKing control board and is a low power, direct replacement for the DoorKing 9409 and 9405 two channel detectors. It runs on 14 to 27 VDC and draws about 1.62 mA with neither channel in detect.
Channel 1 has a solid-state open-drain output rated 250 mA at 30 V. Channel 2 has a relay with NO and NC contacts and can run presence or pulse. Each channel has four sensitivity settings and sensitivity boost on DIP switches. Channel 2 accepts the Diablo Free Exit Probe (mini-loop) and shows a flicker display during pulse detection. Loop monitoring and fault memory show current and past loop faults. Always fail-safe. Loop inductance range is 20 to 1500 µH. It operates from -35°F to 165°F.

- For DoorKing operators with on-board detector ports. Replaces the DoorKing 9409 and 9405.
- The DSP-22-1 is the single channel version (replaces DoorKing 9410).
- The Free Exit Probe works in pulse mode only and must never be used as a safety or obstruction sensor.
