Description
The HySecurity HydraSwing 40F Twin is the dual-gate version of the HydraSwing 40F fast hydraulic swing gate operator. It runs a pair of gates, each leaf up to 16 ft or 4,000 lb, and opens in 10 to 15 seconds.
VFD-controlled hydraulic drive rated for continuous duty, with soft start and soft stop. Both leaves are controlled from one SmartTouch controller with preprogrammed relay settings and an event log. Symmetrical operators mount left or right hand.
Before You Order
- Twin model for bi-parting (double) gates. For a single gate, order the HydraSwing 40F.
- 208/230 VAC single phase, or 208/230 VAC or 380/460 VAC three phase. No 115 VAC option.
- Power and controls are in a separate HydraSupply NEMA 3R enclosure. HySecurity lists both 50 ft and 100 ft as the max distance from the gate; plan for 50 ft unless confirmed.
- Battery backup is not standard. Add the AC Power Supply with HyInverter AC for UPS.
- UL 325 Class I, II, III and IV. Monitored entrapment protection is required on both leaves.
- Confirm availability with us before ordering: the current HySecurity spec sheet lists the 40F as single leaf only.

Orders with free shipping may have longer lead times due to those items being shipped the most economical way. Free shipping on most orders over $195.00 does not include gate operators, loop sealant, and any extreme length or weight items
Our return policy lasts for only 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. Some items such as Gate Operators or custom parts may not be returnable or carry a restocking fee if returned.
