The Aether RF Wiegand Wave is a wireless Wiegand bridge sold as a pair. It carries Wiegand access codes and 2 contact inputs (to control 2 relays) between a remote Wiegand device, such as a gate card reader or keypad, and the central access control panel. It runs on 902-928 MHz with 128 frequency hopping channels. Aether RF rates range up to 25 miles line-of-sight.
Each unit takes 16-24 VAC/VDC and has a terminal for an optional 12 V sealed lead acid backup battery. It passes 4 to 64-bit Wiegand formats and OSDP. Relays are rated 1.5 A at 12 VDC, wet or dry, with NO, NC and COM. The board is 5.7 x 4.4 in without antenna.
