Description
The HySecurity SwingSmart DC 20 is a 1/2 hp, 24 VDC electromechanical swing gate operator for residential and commercial gates up to 20 ft. It is rated for 1,300 lb on a 12 ft leaf, 800 lb on a 16 ft leaf and 600 lb on a 20 ft leaf, with a continuous duty rating.
Open and close time adjusts from 10 to 15 seconds. The Smart DC controller has 70+ settings, a 32-character LCD display and an event log, and it synchronizes dual gates. Standard battery backup gives up to 300 cycles after power loss, or up to 1,200 cycles with extended batteries. Solar ready for 24 VDC panels. Patented Taper Clamp slips to protect the drive from wind load and gate strikes. Cast steel housing and telescoping arm under a key-locked cover.

Before You Order
- 115 VAC or 208-230 VAC, 50/60 Hz. Solar use requires 24 VDC panels (40 W minimum per spec sheet).
- Check the weight-to-length chart: capacity drops from 1,300 lb at 12 ft to 600 lb at 20 ft.
- UL 325 Class I, II, III and IV. Monitored entrapment protection (photo eyes or edges) is required.
- Pad mount.
- For dual gates, order a second operator.

Our return policy lasts for only 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. Some items such as Gate Operators or custom parts may not be returnable or carry a restocking fee if returned.
