The SuperScan Industrial is a presence sensor that uses distance measuring technology to project focused active infrared patterns that can be used for activation, safety and reactivation on large industrial doors, gates, RFID and other industrial applications.

The system includes one master and one slave unit, a door loop, encasing external wiring from the sensor end cap to the controller. A rotating cam is used for the range adjustment of the detection zone while the overall detection zone may be expanded by adding slave modules to the master.

The SuperScan II is a 34.5 inch (end cap to end cap) enclosure utilizing only one SuperScan Master module and one SuperScan Slave module. Custom lengths of the SuperScan II are available with a 24.5 inch minimum Please call for custom details

Detection range from 2 ft to 12 ft.
Can be mounted at various angles for multiple, custom applications.

Background elements, such as texture, color or reflectivity do not effect detection sensitivity
