Description
Half Bolt-On BadAss gate hinge for steel and ornamental iron gates up to 1,000 lb (2,000 lb load rating per gate). A flat bracket through-bolts to the end post, so no field welding is needed at the post.
Zinc-plated finish. Sealed high-temperature bearings need no greasing and can stay on the gate through powder coating. The hinge has horizontal adjustment for setting the gate during install.
Before You Order
- Sold individually. Most gates need two hinges; taller or heavier gates may need a third.
- Fits square gate frames to square or round posts, 1-1/2 in minimum post size.
- Ideal gate gap: 2-1/2 to 3 in.
- Approximate gate size: 6 ft W x 8 ft H.

- Not self-closing. Add a separate closer and latch if the gate must close and latch on its own.
