Description
SureClose 108 center mount hydraulic hinge-closer with Final Snap for steel and ornamental iron gates. Self-closes gates up to 260 lb with two 108 hinge-closers, or up to 180 lb with one 108 and one SM hinge.
The hydraulic closer is hidden inside the hinge body. Final Snap speeds up the last few degrees of closing so the gate pulls into a latch or an electric or keypad lock. Closing speed and Final Snap are set separately with the supplied adjustment tool. Opens to 90° and holds open at 90°. Self-closes from 85°. The steel weld-on bracket does not need to be ground before welding. Aluminum parts are anodized to 50 microns. Tested to 500,000 cycles. 5-year warranty.

Before You Order
- Post mounting bracket is sold separately: SureClose 7526 steel weld-on post bracket (2½ in minimum post, max swing 90°).
- Gap between gate frame and post: 2½ to 3 in.
- Use two 108 hinge-closers per gate for gates up to 260 lb, or one 108 with one 75001114 SM hinge for gates up to 180 lb.
- Ratings are based on a gate up to 72 in high x 40 in wide. For larger gates or windy sites, use a higher-rated combination.
- Fasteners are not included.
- Not for pool or child safety gates. Use the SF version (75108124M) instead.
