Description
TruClose Regular self-closing hinge pair (TCA2S3BT) for metal-to-wood installs on aluminum, steel/ornamental iron, wood and vinyl/PVC gates. Closes gates up to 66 lb (30 kg) on square-to-square posts 1 in and up. This model has no side-fixing legs.
Polymer body with a stainless steel closing spring. Closing tension adjusts from either end of the hinge. Black trim covers hide the fasteners. Will not rust, bind, sag or stain. UV-stabilized and self-lubricating.

Before You Order
- Max gate weight 66 lb (30 kg) per pair. Approximate max gate size 3 ft W x 5 ft H.
- Square posts only, 1 in minimum. Ideal gate gap is 3/4 in.
- A version with 2 side-fixing legs is also listed.
- For gates over 66 lb, use the TruClose Heavy Duty series.
- For pool gates, D&D lists an optional hinge safety cap. Pool gates also need a self-latching latch. Check local pool barrier code before install.

Our return policy lasts for only 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. Some items such as Gate Operators or custom parts may not be returnable or carry a restocking fee if returned.
