Description
The EMX LP D-TEK is a low-power vehicle loop detector that draws under 9 mA in standby and detect. It runs on 12 to 24 VAC/VDC, which suits solar gates and operators with several accessories on one supply. It uses an 86CP11 11-pin male plug.
It has two output relays rated 1 A at 30 VDC and selectable fail-safe or fail-secure operation. Functions include sensitivity control with automatic sensitivity boost, pulse on entry or exit, 4-minute limit or infinite presence, a second presence relay option, loop frequency, filter, and extend detect of 3, 6 or 9 seconds. The loop input has an isolation transformer, a built-in loop conditioner and surge protection. LEDs show power, frequency, loop fail, detect and extend, and there is a frequency counter for diagnostics. Loop inductance range is 20 to 2000 µH. The housing is extruded anodized aluminum with an RF shield, 3.25 in H x 2.56 in W x 3.65 in L. Operating temperature is -40°F to 180°F. EMX warranty is 2 years.
Before You Order
- Needs an LD-11 DIN rail socket or HAR-11 harness. Neither is included.
- Power is 12 to 24 VAC or VDC only. For higher voltage supplies, see the MVP D-TEK.
- Relay contacts are rated 1 A at 30 VDC.
- A loop is required, such as an EMX PR Lite preformed loop or saw-cut loop wire. Use one detector and loop per function (safety, free exit, etc.).
