Description
The LCE-3 is a 3-button Open / Close / Stop control station with oval buttons for indoor flush mounting in a single-gang box. It is rated NEMA 1. All three buttons are momentary. Open and Close are normally open contacts. Stop is a normally closed contact. The faceplate measures 4-1/2 in H x 2-3/4 in W, over a 4-1/4 in H x 2-1/2 in W back box.
Install it flush in a finished wall next to an interior commercial door or at an interior gate or barrier position. It wires to the operator's open, close and stop terminals plus common. The stop button opens the circuit when pressed, so the operator must expect a normally closed stop input.

- Check your operator's stop input. This station has a normally closed stop. For an operator that needs a normally open stop circuit, order the LCE-3A.
- Flush mount only. Plan for a single-gang box in the wall.
- NEMA 1 is indoor only. For outdoor use, see a NEMA 4 station such as the 3BX.
- No lockout on this model. For a flush station with key lockout, see the 3BFL.
- Run 4 conductors: open, close, stop and common.
