Description
The PBT-3 is a 3-button Open / Close / Stop control station in a die-cast aluminum enclosure rated NEMA 3R, 4 and 12. It surface mounts outdoors. The buttons are stacked vertically in a tall, narrow housing. All three are momentary. Open and Close are normally open contacts. Stop is a normally closed contact. The station measures 6 in H x 2-3/4 in W x 3-1/2 in D.
Mount it on a door jamb, gate post or column where the station sees rain, dust and hose-down. It wires to the operator's open, close and stop inputs plus common. The stop button opens the circuit when pressed, so the operator must expect a normally closed stop input.

- Check your operator's stop input. This station has a normally closed stop.
- The narrow 2-3/4 in housing fits jambs and posts where the wider 3BX will not.
- No lockout on this model. For a metal exterior station with key lockout, see the 3BXL.
- For corrosive or washdown areas, step up to a NEMA 4X station such as the 3B4X.
