Description
The 1BXT is a single push button control station in a non-metallic enclosure rated NEMA 3R, 4 and 12. It surface mounts outdoors. The button is momentary with double-pole contacts, giving one normally open and one normally closed set. The enclosure measures 3-1/4 in H x 2-3/4 in W x 2-1/2 in D.
Use it at exterior door, gate and barrier positions. Wire the N.O. set as a single-button open/close command or the N.C. set into a stop circuit, to match the operator input.

- Decide if you are wiring the N.O. contact (command input) or the N.C. contact (stop circuit).
- For a metal enclosure, see the 1BX. For a large mushroom-head button, see the 1MHC.
- For corrosive or washdown areas, step up to a NEMA 4X station.
- Need more buttons? The 2BXT is Open / Close and the 3BXT is Open / Close / Stop.
- Run 2 conductors for one contact set, or 4 to use both.
