Description
BD Loops BD-LG2-GUN is a dripless 600 ml dual cartridge dispensing gun for BD-LG2 two-part loop sealant. It takes 1:1 (300:300 ml) cartridges and can be reconfigured for 2:1 (300:150 ml) cartridges.
The frame is steel and aluminum. A 26:1 thrust ratio pushes high-viscosity compounds with less effort. When the handle is released, the dripless feature pulls the plungers back slightly to take pressure off the cartridge and limit spills. An adjustable thrust gap allows fine control of the bead.
Before You Order
- Required to dispense BD-LG2. The BD-LG2 listing also offers the sealant with this gun.
- Fits 600 ml (22 fl oz) dual cartridges in 1:1 or 2:1 ratio only. It does not dispense the single 30 fl oz BD-LS Loop Shield tube; BD Loops sells the BD-LS-GUN for that.
- Sealant and static mixers are sold separately.

Our return policy lasts for only 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. Some items such as Gate Operators or custom parts may not be returnable or carry a restocking fee if returned.
