Description
The DoorKing 9000-385 is a 1 hp, 115 VAC slide gate operator for residential, commercial and industrial gates up to 35 ft and 1,500 lb. Continuous-duty motor, belt drive to a 30:1 gear reducer in an oil bath, about 1 ft per second.
3/16 in corrosion-protected steel frame with a 1/4 in polypropylene cover. T-handle release at the front of the operator; it reconnects on its own when the handle is let go. Direct-driven limit nuts, auto-close timer 1-30 seconds, anti-tailgating and a selectable stop or reverse loop input. Ports for DoorKing plug-in loop detectors, Gate Tracker reporting output and two 115 VAC convenience outlets. UL 325 Class I-IV, ETL listed.

- Bi-parting gates need a second operator; DoorKing offers a matching secondary.
- Needs monitored external entrapment protection (photo eyes or edges) for UL 325 compliance; these are not included.
- Heater kit recommended in cold climates; rated 10°F to 140°F.
