Troubleshooting

All programming is done online. Check the system shows as online before checking wiring.

Display or camera off

  • Check for 16.5 VAC or 12 to 24 VDC at the power input.
  • Do not power strikes or magnetic locks from the 2100 transformer.

Calls do not go out

  • Check the internet or cellular connection and the system status on the website.

Gate does not open

  • Check which relay answers Tone Open and the entry code for that resident.
  • Check the relay strike time and the wiring to the operator.

Common questions

Through a web browser. All programming is stored in the cloud and in the system memory.

It accepts 12 to 24 VDC, so it can run from a regulated solar supply. The manual lists the current draw.

Mount it at least 6 ft from a gate or gate operator, or where the user cannot reach the gate while using it. Card readers on DoorKing's instructions call for 10 ft.
