Description
The HBSX-1 is an open/close keyswitch in a NEMA 4 single-gang surface box with a hinged metal cover. Turn the key left or right to send an open or close command; it springs back to center when released. The 5-pin mortise cylinder threads into the housing behind a metal lock surround. It measures 4-1/2 in x 2-3/4 in x 3 in.
Mount it on a wall or post outside a commercial door, gate or barrier. The cover keeps rain and debris off the cylinder. Wire the open and close contacts to the operator inputs plus common.
