Long Range UHF for Vehicle Gates

The LR-3000 reads UHF tags at a distance, so residents can drive through without stopping to present a card. It pairs with the WS-UHF windshield tag, the SV-UHF side mirror tag or CS-UHF clamshell cards. Supporting parts include the LR-MB mounting bracket, the PS-123-3A power supply for LR readers and the LR-TEK tech kit for setup. Other options are in vehicle detection.

    Proximity Readers

For card or fob access at a pedestal or door, the SR-2400-MP reads both HID and AWID format prox credentials, which helps when a site has a mix of old cards. The MM-6800 Sentinel-Prox is a mullion style reader, and the MR1824 is a 125 kHz reader with an 18 to 24 inch read range for drive-up lanes. Browse more in proximity cards and readers.

    Cards and Wafers

PROX-LINC clamshell cards and PW-AWID mini prox wafers are sold in boxes of 25. Confirm the format your controller expects before ordering credentials, since a card is only useful if the reader and controller both recognize it.

    Common Questions

Will UHF tags work with a standard prox reader?

No. UHF tags are read by long range readers such as the LR-3000, while prox cards and wafers work with 125 kHz proximity readers. Pick the credential to match the reader type at the gate, then wire the reader to an access control panel.
