Description
The BEA LZR-FLATSCAN 3D-RBK is a right single-sensor kit for the LZR-FLATSCAN 3D SW, a four-curtain laser presence sensor for automatic swing doors. It uses Time-of-Flight laser scanning, mounts on the door leaf, and runs on 12-24 VDC. Range is up to 13 ft (diagonal) and the housing is black.
Four curtains build a 3D detection field across the door path. Leading Edge Safety covers past the leading edge, and Finger Detection Technology covers the hinge area. Each sensor has two Virtual Push Buttons for touchless activation. Setup is by hand gesture, and the field adapts as the door opens to ignore guide rails. BEA states it exceeds ANSI A156.10 section 8.2.2.3 for detection area and meets section 8.1.4 for monitoring. It is UL 10B/C listed, fire rated up to 1 hour.

- This kit is one right sensor. A swing door often needs a sensor on each side; the 3D-SWBK kit includes both.
- For a right sensor without cable and accessories, see the 3D-RB replacement sensor.
- Power: 12-24 VDC. BEA lists 10PS12-24, 10PSMDR2024, 10PSST242 and 10PSVR5T power supplies as accessories.
- Outputs: 3 electronic relays, 42 VAC/VDC max, 100 mA max. Housing is IP44.
- For glass doors, add the 10LZRFLATSCANGDA Glass Door Accessory.
- Other versions: 3D-LB / 3D-RB (left or right replacement sensor), 3D-LBK / 3D-RBK (left or right single-sensor kit), 3D-SWBK (left and right kit).
