Description
The BEA QUADSCAN I (10QUADSCANI) is a door-mounted active infrared presence sensor for automatic swinging and revolving doors. It has one module with four infrared safety spots in a 34.5 in housing. It mounts 43 to 118 in high on the door and runs on 12 to 24 VAC or 12 to 30 VDC.
Each module covers about 15.75 x 2.75 in at a 78 in mounting height, roughly twice the coverage of a SUPERSCAN I. Setup is done with the button on the module, with no remote. Tilt adjusts with a screw without pulling the module, and wiring uses plug-in connectors. Separate relays serve the approach and safety sides. IP53, -13 to 131 °F.
