Description
The Reno A&E 417-0000-01 is a preformed loop support tee (with slot) that holds a preformed loop above the rebar during a concrete pour. Reno A&E recommends the loop sit at least 2 in above the rebar.
The tee sits on 3/8 in rebar driven into the ground with at least 2 in exposed. The loop is held to the tee with a wire or cable tie. Place supports every 1 to 2 ft around the loop so no more than 2 ft of cable is unsupported. The tee is molded from black 30% glass-filled PBT (VALOX 553).
Before You Order
- Plan one tee every 1 to 2 ft around the perimeter of each loop.
- Takes 3/8 in rebar; rebar and ties are supplied by the installer.
- For preformed loops in new concrete. Not needed for saw-cut loops.

The rebar should be cut long enough to be driven firmly into the ground to securely hold the tee at the correct height above the concrete reinforcing steel. The spacing of the tee/rebar supports should be no more than 2 feet apart to properly support the cable.
