Safety Edges: Monitored or Not
The ME120 comes in 4' and 5' lengths, as a non-monitored edge or in the current UL 10K style. The MGO20 is a 10K monitored edge, the ME110 is non-monitored with PVC channel, and the CPT210 5' kit is wired for either. Many gate operators supervise their edges, so check whether yours expects a 10K resistor-terminated edge before choosing a non-monitored one. Browse every brand in safety edges.
Wireless Edge Links
A wireless link carries the edge signal from a moving gate or door to the operator without a coil cord. The MWRT12B combo pairs the MWT12B transmitter and MWR12B receiver, the MWR22B is a two-channel non-monitored receiver, and the MWRTA12B adds an audible alert. For monitored wireless on gates, use the RBAND combo, the RB-TX10C transmitter or the RBAND receiver. The MWTA02 is replaced by the MWTA12B.
Light Curtains and Sensors
MLC and RLC light curtains come in 36" and 72" kits for door openings. The TG-R-K10 TruGuard is a reflective photo eye and the OG-T-K10 OptiGuard is a thru-beam unit. More options are in photo beams and overhead door parts.
