Description
The Locinox FORTYLOCK is a mortise (insert) gate lock with a 3/4 in backset for gate profiles 1-1/2 in deep or more. It fits metal, aluminum and vinyl (PVC) gates. The mechanism, hook, front plate and latch bolt are stainless steel.
The self-latching day bolt and the hook engage the keep so the gate leaves cannot be pulled apart. The day bolt is key-operated, switches left or right hand, and adjusts up to 3/8 in without removing the lock box. The hook throws 13/16 in. Cylinder to handle center distance is 3-5/8 in. It takes any Europrofile cylinder. The patented Click-It system mounts the lock without tapping threads, and a cover plate keeps dirt out of the mechanism.

- Lock only. Handles, cylinder, keep and cover shield are sold separately.
- Needs a gate profile at least 1-1/2 in deep.
- Optional cover shields for the handle and cylinder holes come in aluminum, polyamide or stainless steel.
- Series: FORTYLOCK (3/4 in backset, profiles 1-1/2 in and up), FIFTYLOCK (1-3/16 in backset, 2 in and up), SIXTYLOCK (1-9/16 in backset, 2-3/8 in and up).

Our return policy lasts for only 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. Some items such as Gate Operators or custom parts may not be returnable or carry a restocking fee if returned.
