Description
The Security Brands 16-X1 Ascent X1 is a cellular telephone entry system with keypad, call button, and video for up to 2 gates or doors. It runs on 4G LTE with automatic network selection and is managed in the cloud through Summit Control. Input power is 12-24 VDC, and a 24 VDC power supply (PS-24DC2) is included.
Visitors get access by app, text, voice, keypad, call button, Wiegand device, or GuestPass time- and use-limited QR code. It supports up to 10,000 app, text, and voice users and up to 10,000 keypad codes stored on the unit, depending on plan. The call button rolls over to up to 3 phone numbers or broadcasts to up to 10. It has 2 Wiegand inputs, video calling with IR for low light, an LED downlight, LED-backlit buttons, and pluggable terminal blocks. Stainless-steel faceplate on a powder-coated steel enclosure, 6.68 in H x 10.00 in W x 5.25 in D, rated -15 to 158 °F. Two-year limited warranty from Security Brands.

Before You Order
- Confirm cellular coverage at the install site before ordering. Security Brands states the unit should not be the only means of emergency egress.
- Activation and user limits depend on the Summit Control plan.
- Back of the housing has a pedestal hole pattern on 3.063 in centers, with pilot holes for alternate mounting on 2.5 in centers.
- To add Ascent Link wireless mesh devices, the unit needs the 37-STAK1 Ascent Link Starter Kit (sold separately).

Our return policy lasts for only 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. Some items such as Gate Operators or custom parts may not be returnable or carry a restocking fee if returned.
