Description
The Security Brands Ridge 14-REC20 is a 433 MHz two-way wireless transceiver that receives Ridge keypads, Ridge RTE stations and Ridge remotes and switches a relay to open a gate or door. It accepts 12-24 VAC or VDC and has a wireless range of up to 500 ft.
Features include latch mode, variable relay time from 1 to 999 seconds and non-volatile memory. Security Brands rates current draw at less than 7.9 mA at 12 VDC in standby and less than 11.2 mA with the relay latched. The transceiver has a polycarbonate housing and measures 5.74 in H x 4.87 in W x 4.73 in D. Operating temperature is -15 °F to 158 °F.
Before You Order
- The transceiver is not weatherproof. Mount it inside a weatherproof enclosure.
- Requires 12-24 VAC or VDC power.
- Relay contact rating is 2 A at 30 VDC or 0.5 A at 120 VAC.
- One transceiver controls one gate or door. Add a second transceiver to control a second gate or door from the same keypad or remote.
- Keypads, RTE stations and remotes are sold separately, or see the 14-500, 14-HD500 and 14-RTE433 kits.
