Description
The LiftMaster LA500DCS is the secondary 24 VDC actuator arm for a double swing gate on the LA500UL system. This listing is the arm only. It does not include a control box, photo eye or batteries.
It runs from the primary LA500 control box and adds the second gate leaf. The system is rated for gates up to 18 ft or 1,600 lb per leaf, 300 cycles per day.

Before You Order
- Requires an LA500 primary system: LA500DC arm with an LA500 control box (or the LA500PKGUL kit).
- Run the secondary cable in buried conduit between gates, to a junction box within 3 ft of the second operator.
- Gate rating drops with length: 1,600 lb at 8 ft, 800 lb at 16 ft, 600 lb at 18 ft.
- UL 325 requires monitored entrapment protection. Some sites need additional photo eyes or edges.

Our return policy lasts for only 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. Some items such as Gate Operators or custom parts may not be returnable or carry a restocking fee if returned.
