Aiphone JOS-1V Video Intercom Manuals & Support

The Aiphone JOS-1V is a hands-free color video intercom kit with a JO-1MD 7 in master station, a JO-DV surface mount door station with a zinc die-cast cover and a PS-1820UL power supply.

It connects to the door with two wires and has a door release contact. A JO-1FD expansion station can be added inside.

Identify your model

JO Series kits share the JO-1MD master. JOS-1A uses the plastic JO-DA door station, JOS-1V the zinc JO-DV, and JOS-1F the flush stainless JO-DVF. The app-compatible version is the JOS-1VW.

Troubleshooting

The master station runs on the PS-1820UL 18 VDC power supply. The door station gets power from the master.

Screen black

The monitor turns off in standby. Touch the screen to turn it on.

White screen or lines

The door station camera faces direct sun or a bright light. Move or shade the door station.

Audio cuts out

Loud sounds around the station interrupt auto-voice. Switch to touch-to-talk.
Check the ringtone and receive volume settings.
