Aiphone JOS-1VW App Video Intercom Manuals & Support

The Aiphone JOS-1VW is a video intercom kit with the app-compatible JO-1MDW 7 in touch screen master, a JO-DV zinc door station and a PS-1820UL power supply.

Up to 8 mobile apps can answer calls and release the door from anywhere. It records calls to internal memory or a microSD card and connects to the door station with two wires.

The JO-1MDW master has a touch screen and Wi-Fi antennas. JOS-1AW, JOS-1VW and JOS-1FW kits use the plastic, zinc and flush stainless door stations. The non-app version is the JOS-1V.

Troubleshooting

The master station runs on the PS-1820UL 18 VDC power supply. The door station gets power from the master.

Screen black

The monitor turns off in standby. Touch the screen to turn it on.

White screen or lines

The door station camera faces direct sun or a bright light. Move or shade the door station.

Audio cuts out

Loud sounds around the station interrupt auto-voice. Switch to touch-to-talk.
Check the ringtone and receive volume settings.

App does not ring

Check that the master is on Wi-Fi and the app is registered.
Press RESET on the master to reboot it.

Yes. It saves up to 10 calls internally, or up to 1,000 calls on a microSD card (not included).

The app features need the master on a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network. Door station calls work without it.
