DoorKing eVolve 2137 Manuals & Support

The DoorKing eVolve 2137 is a video entry system with a 6.5 in color display, A to Z call buttons and a built-in directory. Residents see and talk to guests on their phone.

It supports 10,000 users and 40,000 entry codes and expands from 2 to 97 card reader inputs. It connects over Ethernet with PoE++ or by cellular, and is managed in DKS Cloud.

The 2137 has a 6.50 by 4.875 in screen. The slimmer eVolve 2132 has a smaller screen.

Troubleshooting

System offline

  • Check the Ethernet or cellular connection and the status in DKS Cloud.
  • On PoE++, check that the switch or injector supplies Type 3 power.
