DoorKing eVolve 2132 Manuals & Support

The DoorKing eVolve 2132 is a slim video entry system with a camera, microphone and speaker. Access can be granted from the DKS Community app, a touch-tone phone or the keypad.

It supports 10,000 users and 40,000 entry codes and expands from 2 to 97 card reader inputs with tracker boards. It connects over Ethernet or cellular, with PoE++ power.

Identify your model

The 2132 has a 4.25 by 2.625 in color screen. The larger eVolve 2137 has a 6.5 in screen.

Troubleshooting

System offline

  • Check the Ethernet or cellular connection and the status in DKS Cloud.
  • On PoE++, check that the switch or injector supplies Type 3 power.

Common questions

Not on PoE++. It also runs on 12 to 24 VDC, and an 18 VDC supply is included.

Mount it at least 6 ft from a gate or gate operator, or where the user cannot reach the gate while using it. Card readers on DoorKing's instructions call for 10 ft.
