Description
The AES EKPD-K is the wireless e-Keypad kit with an ETRANS50 e-Trans 50 transceiver. The battery-powered keypad sends a wireless open command to the transceiver at the gate operator, and the transceiver relay opens the gate.
It has 3 channels and stores up to 200 access codes, including one supervisor code, using 4- to 8-digit PINs. Codes can be limited to a set number of uses. The keypad runs on one 3 V CR2450 lithium coin cell, operates at 433.39 MHz with 128-bit AES encryption, and has a waterproof housing measuring 5.2 x 3.5 x 0.8 in (132 x 90 x 20 mm). It mounts with two screws and needs no wiring. The ETRANS50 runs on 10-36 VDC per the AES data sheet and has one relay output (COM and N/O, 1 A) that wires to the open input of the gate operator.
