Common questions
From the front keypad, from a touch-tone phone, or from a PC with DoorKing Remote Account Manager software over the internet (DKS server), modem or RS-232.
Both have the same access control features. The 1837 has an 8-line LCD directory and the 1835 has a single line LCD.
Mount any keypad or entry system at least 6 ft from a gate or gate operator, or where the user cannot reach the gate while using it.
