LiftMaster PBG24DC / CBG24DC / IBG24DC

LiftMaster TECHNA barrier operators use a brushless 24 VDC direct drive motor rated for continuous duty. Battery backup is standard.

All models have a Security+ 2.0 receiver, Wi-Fi and myQ, 5 programmable relays and a plug-in loop detector slot. The arm is sold apart.

PBG24DC: parking, arms up to 12 ft, 1.9 s. CBG24DC: commercial, arms up to 14 ft, 2.5 s. IBG24DC: industrial, arms up to 24 ft, 6 s. W is white and G is grey.

Troubleshooting

Operator does not run

  • Check power and the fuses.
  • Check the board display or LEDs for a fault.
  • Check that the safety inputs are not active.

Gate stops or reverses

  • Check the gate moves freely by hand.
  • Check photo eyes and edges.
  • Check the force and limit settings.

Arm does not stop at the limits

  • Set the limits again on the board display.
  • Check the arm is balanced and tight on the hub.
