Description
The Allen-Bradley 60-2728 is a Series 9000 retro-reflective photoelectric sensor with a 2 m (6.5 ft) cable. It runs on 10-55 VDC or 20-40 VAC (12 VDC, 24 VDC or 24 VAC). Range is 1 in to 30 ft (9.15 m) with the AB 92-39 reflector. The sensor is c-UL recognized to UL 325.
Output is an SPDT electromechanical relay rated 1 A at 264 VAC. Light or dark operate is selectable, and sensitivity is adjustable. It uses a visible red 660 nm LED with a 15 ms response time. The housing is rated NEMA 3, 4, 4X, 6P and 13 and IP67, with 1200 psi washdown. Operating temperature is -29°F to 158°F (-34°C to 70°C).

Before You Order
- The reflector is not included. Order the AB 92-39 reflector or an equal.
- For 70-264 VAC/DC power, the 60-2730 is the cable version in the same series.
- The 60-2729 is the same sensor with a 5-pin mini quick-disconnect.
- Mount on a firm surface. Vibration can cause intermittent operation.
