Description
The LiftMaster 878MAX is a wireless keyless entry keypad for LiftMaster garage door openers made since January 1993. It supports Security+ 2.0, Security+ 315 MHz, Security+ 390 MHz and Billion Code 390 MHz, so it works with Yellow, Purple, Red/Orange and Green learn button openers.
Users enter a personal 4-digit PIN. The keypad has backlit keys, a temporary PIN option and a one-button-to-close feature (LiftMaster openers made since 2006). It programs directly from the keypad and needs no wiring. A 9V battery is included.
