Description
The Locinox MAGMAG6000-9005 is a surface mounted electromagnetic lock for swing gates, in black. It's the MAG6000 without the integrated handles, so you can pair it with your own pull handles or a separate lock. It screws onto square posts and gate profiles from 1-9/16 in to 3-1/8 in with no welding, holds with 6,000 N of force on 12 or 24 VDC, and is fail open: it releases when power is cut.
The Quick-Fix mounting uses five fixing holes and adjusts left to right, so installation is fast and alignment is forgiving. A raised anti-crowbar edge protects the joint between magnet and armature plate. The housing is IP68 rated, has a two-layer protective coating for outdoor use and passed 500 hours of salt spray testing (ISO 9227, SGS certified). An anti-residual-magnetism kick-off lets the gate release cleanly.
