Description
The MG-101 is a heavy duty hoist operator designed for reliable performance in commercial and industrial door applications. Ideal for sectional doors, rolling service doors, and grilles. It features a high-torque motor paired with a gearhead drive system for smooth, efficient operation. The bronze worm gear running in an oil bath helps reduce wear and extend service life, making it well suited for demanding environments like warehouses and loading docks.
Built for durability, the MG-101 includes a continuous duty motor with overload protection and a full-voltage magnetic reversing contactor housed in a NEMA 1 enclosure. It also features a transformer for 24VAC control circuitry and terminal strips for easy wiring. Designed to integrate with standard controls and safety devices, it offers a dependable, low-maintenance solution for high-cycle door operation.
