The Seco-Larm SA-025EQ Timer-Delayed Egress has 3 relock modes with a programmable nuisance delay timer. Alongside that it can be adjusted with a pre-delay and post-delay timer. It can run at or between12~24VAC/VDC. Comes equip with Form C relay outputs for lock relay and remote alarm. The local alarm output is via transistor ground at 500mA@12VDC. When the power goes out it is has an auto or programmed relocking feature.
