Description
Discontinued by EMX. The EMX LRS sensor (LRS-FP Flat Pack or LRS-DB Direct Burial) is the updated version. This listing was the CarSense 303 (CS-303) in-ground sensor only. The CarSense 303 used 3-axis magnetoresistive sensing to detect a vehicle by its effect on the earth's magnetic field, with no saw-cut loop. It could detect a vehicle stopped over the sensor (presence) and had EMX DETECT-ON-STOP, which only detects once a vehicle has stopped for about 1 second.
CS-303 sensor facts for reference: powered from the CS-303 control unit (12 to 30 VDC, 10 mA max). Detection range about 5 ft. Two styles: Direct Burial and Flat Pack for a saw cut, each with a 50 ft or 100 ft lead. IP69K rated.
