The SL3000UL comes as the SL3000101UL (1 HP, 120 VAC single phase) and the SL3000501UL (1/2 HP). The board's diagnostic display shows SL followed by 30 for the SL3000UL operator type. For three phase sites LiftMaster offers the 3PHCONV kit, which converts 208 to 575 VAC input to 120 VAC.
