Identify your model
The SlideSmart HD30 is the larger of the two SlideSmart HD models. It is rated for 3,000 lb gates with 500 lb of pull force and a 1 hp motor. The HD25 is rated for 2,500 lb with 450 lb of pull and a 1/2 hp motor. Both run on 24VDC and take 115V or 208-230V input.

How far will it run on battery power?
With the standard two 8Ah batteries, HySecurity lists up to 4,000 ft of gate travel after AC power loss. The optional two 50Ah batteries extend that to up to 25,000 ft.
