Description
The LiftMaster 412HM is a universal coaxial receiver for Security+ 390 MHz rolling code remotes. It also accepts Billion Code and DIP switch remotes. Power input is 12 VDC or 18 to 35 VAC, jumper selectable.
In normal security mode the receiver stores up to 31 LiftMaster remotes. In high security mode it stores up to 18 Security+ remotes. The coaxial antenna connection allows remote antenna mounting with the 86LM kit.
Before You Order
- Remotes listed by LiftMaster for the 412HM: 971LM and other 970-series Security+ 390 MHz remotes, plus the 890MAX, 893MAX and 878MAX keypad as replacements.
- For Security+ 315 MHz remotes use the 312HM receiver. For Security+ 2.0 remotes (891LM, 893LM, 811LM, 892LT, 894LT) use the 850LM.
- Set the power jumper to match your supply (12 VDC or 18 to 35 VAC) before connecting.
- Remote antenna mounting needs the 86LM kit (sold separately).

Our return policy lasts for only 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. Some items such as Gate Operators or custom parts may not be returnable or carry a restocking fee if returned.
