Description
The EMX IRB-MON2 is a universal UL 325 monitored thru-beam infrared photoeye kit for doors, gates and barriers. It has a range of 5 to 115 ft and runs on 6-35 VDC or 12-24 VAC.
It has four monitoring interfaces: normally closed, two-wire pulsed (2 frequency), two-wire pulsed (3 frequency) and 10K resistive termination. Form C relay contacts (NO, COM, NC) also let it run non-monitored legacy controls. The IP65 housing has an integrated sensor hood, a removable terminal block and a 0.83 in conduit hole that takes a 1/2 in NPT fitting. It is rated for -40° to 170°F. Each unit measures 3.6 x 2.9 x 2.9 in.

- Power: 6-35 VDC or 12-24 VAC. Draws 35 mA DC in NC or 10K mode with the relay energized, 15 mA in pulse modes.
- Set the monitoring mode to match your operator's entrapment input.
- Replaces the IRB-MON. Replacement grey hood: IRB-MON2-4X2-HD-GREY.
- Mounting options: 325-POST-2 post or the EMX Photoeye Vault.
