Description
Discontinued by EMX. The IRB-RET2 is the updated version. The IRB-RET was a UL 325 monitored retro-reflective infrared photoeye for automatic gates and doors, with a range of 5 to 60 ft, powered by 6-40 VDC or 12-24 VAC.
The IRB-RET is a Type B1 non-contact sensor in a NEMA 4X housing, rated for -40° to 140°F. It has a potentiometer sensitivity adjustment and a Form C relay (NO, COM, NC) with jumper-selectable 10K termination. It shipped with a reflector and mounting bracket with hardware.
Before You Order
- The IRB-RET2 keeps the 5 to 60 ft range and the 6-40 VDC or 12-24 VAC input.
- The IRB-RET2 offers six monitoring interfaces: normally closed, two-wire pulse (2 or 3 frequency), four-wire pulse (2 or 3 frequency) and 10K resistive termination. Set it to the mode your operator used with the IRB-RET.
- The IRB-RET2 has an integrated hood and a ball and socket bracket. The RET-HD hood fits the first-generation IRB-RET only.

Our return policy lasts for only 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. Some items such as Gate Operators or custom parts may not be returnable or carry a restocking fee if returned.
