Description
The EMX IRB-RET2 is a universal UL 325 monitored retro-reflective infrared photoeye kit for automatic gates and doors. It reads off a reflector from 5 to 60 ft away and runs on 6-40 VDC or 12-24 VAC.
It is a UL 325-2018 Type B1 non-contact sensor with six monitoring interfaces: normally closed, two-wire pulse (2 or 3 frequency), four-wire pulse (2 or 3 frequency) and 10K resistive termination. It also works with non-monitored legacy controls. An alignment LED aids setup, and a potentiometer sets sensitivity. Selectable Stealth Mode turns the LEDs off after 30 seconds with no obstruction. The NEMA 4X housing has an integrated hood, a 1/2 in NPT conduit entry, thermal fuse and MOV surge protection, and is rated for -30° to 140°F.

- Power: 6-40 VDC or 12-24 VAC. Draws 50 mA DC in NC or 10K mode, 15 mA DC in pulse modes.
- Set the monitoring mode to match your operator's entrapment input.
- Replaces the first-generation IRB-RET. The RET-HD hood does not fit the IRB-RET2.
- Mounting options: 325-POST-2 post or the EMX Photoeye Vault.

Our return policy lasts for only 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. Some items such as Gate Operators or custom parts may not be returnable or carry a restocking fee if returned.
