Identify your model
The StrongArmPark DC comes as the DC 10 and the DC 14, and the arm length tells them apart. The DC 10 takes arms up to 10 ft and opens in 1.5 to 2.5 seconds. The DC 14 takes 10 to 14 ft arms, uses a spring assist and opens in 2.5 to 3.5 seconds. Solar versions are the DCS 10 and DCS 14.

Common questions
What battery backup does the StrongArmPark DC have?
It uses two 12V, 8Ah batteries. HySecurity lists up to 1,000 cycles after AC power loss, depending on arm size, battery health, temperature and accessories.
What arm length does each model take?
The DC 10 takes arms up to 10 ft. The DC 14 takes arms from 10 to 14 ft and uses a spring assist.
Do the limits reset if the batteries run down?
No. HySecurity states that even if AC power is lost and the batteries are fully drained, the limits remain intact. There are no physical limit switches.
