Identify your model
The H-10 control board LCD shows MODEL H-10 SPS. Viking rates it for gates up to 75 ft and 2,200 lb. The L-3 is the smaller model, rated for 60 ft and 1,600 lb. Earlier units without an SPS sensor show an SPS error, which Viking says is normal.

Viking rates the H-10 for gates up to 75 ft long and 2,200 lb, with a 100% duty cycle.
How do I release the H-10 to move the gate by hand?
Lift the access door on the front of the cover and press the manual release switch to RELEASE. Press it to ENGAGE to return to normal operation. Use the release only when the gate is not moving.
How many cycles will it run on battery?
Viking lists 100 cycles on backup battery, tested with a 1,000 lb, 20 ft gate. A fully charged battery reads 26VDC.
