Description
The DoorKing 1506-086 is a stand-alone digital keypad in a surface mount housing. It controls a main entry point plus a second entry point through two relays, and runs on the supplied 16.5 VAC, 20 VA transformer or on 12 to 24 VDC.
It stores up to 1,000 four-digit entry codes and six 5-digit codes. Two relays with NO/NC contacts rated 1 A at 30 V, with strike time set from 1/2 second to 99 seconds per relay. Hold-open codes latch a relay until the code is entered again. Two time zone inputs can lock out four-digit codes. A secondary keypad can be added for a second code entry location. UL listed.

Before You Order
- This is the stand-alone relay keypad. The 1506-081 and 1506-091 are secondary keypads that work only with DoorKing telephone entry systems.
- Flush mount version: 1506-096. With an intercom call button: 1504-086 (surface) and 1504-096 (flush).
- Lock power is not supplied. The strike or maglock needs its own UL listed power supply.
- Surface mount hardware is not supplied. Mounts to a wall, pilaster or DoorKing gooseneck post.
- Power wire runs: 18 AWG up to 100 ft, 16 AWG up to 200 ft.
- Ideal for controlling doors or gates.
- Add or delete individual codes from the keypad (1506, 1509).
- Add or delete individual codes from an Android Smartphone using the DKS App (1515 only).
- "Hold" codes to latch open a door or gate.
