Part of the EZ Parts Finder: pick a part on the diagram or use the list below.

Here is a parts diagram for the HySecurity SlideDriver II SD15 slide gate operator, the model that replaced the 222 SS ST. The photo views show the main chassis, the drive layer, the pump pack, both sides of the control box and the back. The list below names each SD15 part with its MX part number, sorted by assembly, from the pump pack to the SmartTouch 725 controller.

Identify your model

A SlideDriver II has a SmartTouch 720 or 725 controller, which sets it apart from the original SlideDriver. The SD15 and SD40 use a 1 HP motor, the SD50F and SD80V use 2 HP, and the SD200V uses 5 HP. Check the voltage and phase marked on the operator before ordering, because each unit is built for one line voltage and phase.

Common questions

What power options does the SlideDriver II SD15 come in?

The SD15 has a 1 HP motor. It runs on single phase 115, 208 or 230 V, or three phase 208, 230 or 460 V.

How do I release the SlideDriver II to move the gate by hand?

With the gate stopped, remove the cover, set the power switch to OFF, then unclamp the toggle handle and secure it open. The mechanism is spring loaded and drops fast. Clamp the handle, turn power on and press STOP or RESET to return to automatic operation.

What breaker does the SD15 need?

HySecurity specifies a dedicated 20A circuit with a 20A inverse time breaker. Only the 50F and 80V single phase units and the 200V three phase units need a 30A breaker.
